Wellgo Posted February 9, 2018 Share Posted February 9, 2018 I installed FileFort a number of years ago but never had the occasion of trying to retrieve a file. I may misunderstand what this software does. I backup my important files weekly to my external drive using FireFort. For whatever reason, I lost (or deleted) a file but when I do a "restore backup" going back about a year, it does not show this particular file.
