good morning

I hope all fine..

I have Express Invoice Invoicing Software version 5.02 and Inventoria Stock Manager software version 4.03..

already I have customers and I did a lot of invoices .. but I don't know how to make return goods from some customers .. 

I made refund to customer .. its back money .. but goods quantity still same .. it must change.. (increased quantity) 

whats problem .. ?? 

Ex: Before refund the balance for customer is (17325) and item quantity is (2694)

after refund (378) balance for customer is (16974) ... its right .. but item quantity still (2694)

I hope find solve for this problem ..

Hello,

When you apply a refund in Express Invoice, it does not affect the inventory. As a workaround, what you need to do is to modify/delete the items in the invoice, so it would be reflected in Inventoria.

So .. I cant prevent invoice modify .. maybe it's problem ..
