only first track being converted

I am trying to convert music stored as wma files  to MP3 so it music can be played on an android phone.  It works fine except that when I drop all the tracks from one album as multiple files into the online converter it only seems to convert the first track and not the rest.

Any suggestions how to solve this problem?

Switch should convert all the files you add to the conversion list. Reinstall Switch, if you keep having the issue enter a support ticket at http://www.nch.com.au/support/index.html
Make sure to include your registration code and screenshots of any error message.
