resolved Small Timeline

After continuing my edits on a recent project/video, my timeline, specifically all the boxes which represent video, text and images have now appeared small, decreasing in size and are almost impossible to edit effects such as transition length.  How can I fix this?

Hello,

First, go to Tools menu > Restore Default Layout. Then, in the Timeline mode, in the left side of the Video track, you should see a plus sign, so you can click on that to expand the track.

First, there is no Restore Default Layout in the Tools Menu, perhaps you'd missed a couple of links. Second, the + sign on the left side of the Video track is to add another Sequence, not expand the track. Please don't be helpful by posting wrong answers, it actually waste the enquirer's time.

While your observations are correct, you have replied to a four-year old thread.

A chevron to the left of a track expands/contracts it.  And MENU (top-left) | VIEW is the route to restoring the default UI layout.
