Stvdio
Hi, I am new to Wavepad and would like to automatically split all the mp3 files in one folder into smaller parts. I read about an "Auto split" feature but I cannot find it in the free version, nor can I find a "split" feature under the batch functions. My original book already contains 65 mp3 files but their length is still too large in order to access a specific point in an audio book (my player has no bookmark feature, always starts at the beginning of the last played file). So I need to split all 65 files into smaller pieces. Without a batch solution I will have to open all 65 files separately and split them manually... The OTHER problem I'm having is the numbering. When I multi-split a file named xxx_01, the resulting files will be named xxx_011, xxx_012, xxx_013 and so on. INSTEAD it should be xxx_0101, xxx_0102, xxx_0103 because once the numbering reaches 10, the files will be sorted incorrectly. Can anybody enlighten me on one or both of these issues? THANK YOU! Chris75
Sorry Stvdio but Wavepad does not have the option to split audio files in batches, maybe Wavepad is not the right toold for your needs.
