Problems moving V3.76 to new computer

Hi, I bought a new computer finally and moved Express Invoice paid version to the new computer.  The program asked me for the registration code.  I entered the original registration code and got a message back saying that registration was successful.  Unfortunately, about 2 weeks later, the program asks again that the program be registered.  If I enter the registration code again, the program accepts it for another two weeks.  Any idea how I stop this message from popping up?
