When I want to add a payment for a client, it only shows EFT.  How do I change this to also accept cash or Credit card payments

To apply a cash or credit card payment, open the customer's list and select the customer to whom you'll apply the payment to, click on "Payment" above and use the "Method" drop down menu to select cash or credit card.

I only have an EFT option on the drop down menu. I want to know how I can add the other options to this drop down menu.
