If I wish to just to remove a small section within a clip, how do I do this. If I set in and out points on a clip, it removes everything to the left and right of the points, but that is what I wish to keep and just remove the small section within the in and out points. borate Posted August 16, 2017 Share Posted August 16, 2017 SPLIT at the head and the tail of the material to be removed. Right-click|CUT or DELETE on that newly isolated clip - between the splits - or press the DEL key. If something isn't right, press <ctrl-Z> to UNDO the last, and earlier, actions.
