virgoken Posted July 7, 2017 Share Posted July 7, 2017 Hello! I created an audio file then I created 12 Bookmarks within the file. The file length is approximately one hour and 30 minutes. When I try to split the audio file, I receive the error message, "One or more of the split files was not able to be saved." Can anyone help me with this issue... Chris75 Posted July 10, 2017 Share Posted July 10, 2017 Hello, In this case you may want to manually split the file in Half (or anything close that will give you two files instead of one) and then try splitting the file again. In case the issue remains you may want to contact the support team so they can provide you with a diagnostic version of the program to try to determine the source of the issue you are reporting.
