Aria Posted July 1, 2017 Share Posted July 1, 2017 Hi, I had set my informations all right in my email settings as explain there : http://www.nchsoftware.com/invoice/fr/kb/1450.html I have autorized less secure apps Now, my problem is that I have no problem sendind an invoice to a customer that has a gmail adress, but all others email adress don't work. Gekker Posted July 3, 2017 Share Posted July 3, 2017 If all of your settings are correct in Express Invoice, collect them and open a support ticket at: English: http://www.nch.com.au/support/supportcontact.html French: http://www.nch.com.au/support/fr/supportcontact.html Make sure to include your registration code, the version of your Express Invoice and all of your configurations from Express invoice > Options Email.
