carlo
When I email or export an invoice as PDF the description text no longer wraps the words and will cut a word in half to then complete it on the next line. I did not notice this was happening until about October 2016 and also noticed that the PDF document size went from aprox 300kb for the good PDF's down to aprox 30kb for the bad ones. Surely this must have something to do with it but I don't know how to fix the problem!
Jsalgado
There would always be some border cases where the preview would be different from PDF as far as wrapping of text is concerned as they use different systems.
Cliff26
I have the same problem as Carlo. The quality of the PDF files seems to have gone way down. They used to look precise and impressive. Now they look sloppy.
carlo
I was recomended by tech support to back up my data and uninstall the software then reinstall & do a trial invoice before restoring my data & this did not fix the issue! now i will recontact customer support. surely they can see that this is a problem issue! JC28
We have also found this issue after spending hours setting it all up - what can be done ??
Eldon
I messaged support a few months ago about this and they said they were aware of the problem. I'm still having the words split up on every single invoice. its getting old printing out the original then scanning it to my email just so it looks professional. that's the only issue ive had.
