ErikHg Posted May 2, 2017 Share Posted May 2, 2017 So soon I install SoundTap the CPU consumption least 13 % and often up to 26 %. It hasn´t always been so. I don´t understand what´s wrong. rude man Posted February 2, 2018 Share Posted February 2, 2018 I would guess it's your OS choked to the gills. Try re-installing W if you have the patience. I did with my ancient XP machine and it made a big difference. Compare with running a you-tube video. Does that use 100% cpu also? Does the video break up all the time?
