Andrew B Smith Posted April 3, 2017 Share Posted April 3, 2017 When I create an invoice in express accounts, my inventory level is not updating in inventoria. The syncing seems to be all ok, and when I update my inventory in express accounts, it says update was successful. What am I missing Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
Telephony Posted April 4, 2017 Share Posted April 4, 2017 Hi, Please review that you selected the correct inventory location from Express Accounts > Options(Preferences for Mac) > Inventory > Retrieve locations > select the location where you have all items on Inventoria. Also, from the same menu(Express Accounts > Options(Preferences for Mac) > Inventory) DO NOT check the "Show warning for items that are not on stock" box. When I follow the path you suggested {not mac}, and select retrieve location, then select OK, It just takes me back to the main menu. I tried this several times, with the same result each time. I also unchecked the "Show warning for items that are not on stock" box. What should I be seeing when I select "retrieve locations"??
