Help - Trouble loading mp3 files

I've been using Wavepad for years now, and this is my first trouble.

I am trying to load a 52 minute mp3 file for editing, and I can only see the first 22 minutes of it. It's not as simple as just moving the slider bar. I play the file on wave pad, and it stops at 22 minutes. I know the file itself is fine - I am able to burn an unedited, complete copy with Express Burn.

Edit - I should clarify that my Wavepad and Express Burn are both paid for and registered. I was using WP 6.something, upgraded to 7 not knowing that it would cost, and found an older 6.63 version to use, which registered just fine. The problems I explain started before any of these changes.

Hi, 

Please follow the steps below,

1. From WavePad, select the Options menu > Audio tab > "Audio working folder" section, check mark the "Use this specified folder" box and copy the folder path.

C:\Users\YourUserName\AppData\Roaming\NCH Software\WavePad.

2. Paste the path on your windows folder explorer, this will open the Cache content files.

3. Delete all files within this folder.

4. Close WavePad and re open it again.

5. Re load the file and let us know the outcome.
