Does Wavepad have a way to duck sound?

I have a series of short projects. Each are 3 min audio interviews that I need to lay over an instrumental track. I can paste the mix but the audio is too powerful and overshadows vocals. Even when taking the audio down, this is still an issue.

 

1. How can bring the volume of the instrumental down?

 

2. Is there a way to duck sound behind vocal so that on long pauses the music track comes up slightly?
