SharMarieG
Hi, I have had various computer problems and needed to download my Express Scribe software several times, to the point that I finally had to just go ahead and buy a new license. I know the software warns you to save the program on an external drive but I'm not sure what exactly I need to save to be sure I don't have to purchase the license again. Would it be enough to save the esssetup file? Since I am buying a new laptop, would it preserve one of my two downloads if I copy that file onto a thumb drive and upload it to my new computer? I really don't know how these things work! Thanks for any help you can give. Sharon Grant
