johnnybucks72
I am having problems burning some WAV files to a disk using Express Burn v4.84. Originally these files were in MKV format but extracted the audio part from the MKV file and then converted the file into WAV format using NCH Wavepad. When I burn the WAV files to a disk or play the file on Express Burn it sounds like part of the sound is faded. For example; the vocals sound like they are in the distance when the instruments sound clear. It's as if you're listening to a stereo track but only through one speaker and you can only just hear what would be coming out of the other speaker but only faintly coming through one speaker. I have played the WAV files through VLC player and Windows Media Player and they sound fine on there. It's only with Express Burn that the problem has started. Hope that all makes sense. Anyone else had this problem?
Chris75
Hello, the disc you are creating is it an audio disc or mp3? if the issue only happens with those specific files then it could be that the codec used to create those files is giving you issues. If you could try opening the wav files with wavepad and save them using a different format or encoder and try again.
