Screenshots can often help describe the problem better. Upload the image to Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive, etc.. Copy (share) the URL and paste it into your post here.

Share your project files:

The best way to help developers diagnose the problem is sharing your project files.  Here's how...

1.  Save your project.  Then, with it on the timeline, click the FILE menu. SAVE PORTABLE PROJECT AS to any convenient folder.

2.  Open the folder that contains the saved files and ZIP* them all.

3.  Upload the zip file to DropBox, Google Drive, MS OneDrive or the like.  It's free.

4.  Make the uploaded file public (share it) and copy the shared link.

5.  Paste the link into your post here.

To protect your privacy you can use PM (Personal Messenger) to send the link to an Admin or Support forum ID.
* To create a ZIP file in Windows 10 select all files.  Right-click those files and, from the drop-down menu, SEND TO| COMPRESSED (zipped) FOLDER.                                               Or use the NCH Express Zip utility.

Direct X diagnostic (Windows only):

DirectX diagnostic report includes detail information of your computer hardware. To get a DirectX report, press(right click on Win 10) Start button->Run. And then type in "dxdiag". Select "Save All Information" and save the report as a text file.


It's an open source small tool which reports information for video and audio files. It will come in handy if you want to analyse a video/audio file that has playback issues. MediaInfo can be downloaded here.
