MRSKLM Posted January 19, 2016 Share Posted January 19, 2016 I purchased Express Scribe for my new Windows 8 laptop on Friday, 1/15/2016. I already have it on my Windows 7 desktop and had no problems downloading it last year. I continue to get an error message saying the "signature of essetup.exe is corrupt." I have sent multiple requests for help to tech support and posted questions and requests for help on the NCH Facebook page. Zero response. Can't get through on the NCH phone line as I have no access code even though I already purchased the product. HELP!!!! Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
