Unwanted watermark from Videoglide/EchoFX

I recently installed Debut having tried several video capture programs on my MAC OS X 10.10.5. Video glide was tested, and uninstalled manually (their uninstall program fails), but I am now left with a 'watermark' saying videoFX (that's part of Videoglide apparently) on any Debut captured video. Any suggestions on how to get rid of this? I have searched my computer for files/programs with either Videoglide or echoFX in the filename but there are none. Could it be a hidden driver, and if so how do I get rid of it?

Very difficult if you don't know what to search for I don't know anything about anything Mac OS, but if this happened to me I would reinstall the offending program and uninstall it thoroughly with an specialist uninstaller program, of which there are many for Windows and I presume for Macs too.

 

Otherwise, do a Mac version of 'system restore' to a date/time before Videoglide was installed, then reinstall Debut.

What version of VideoGlide did you try to install? Did you use the "VideoGlide Uninstall" app in the /Applications/VideoGlide/VideoGlide Tools folder?

Is the videoFX watermark appearing on all capture sources and devices/cameras?
