How to obtain full screen slideshow without side blackstrips

Hi. Why can t I get full screen slideshows? I tryed all formats possible. I don t want my photos to be small in the middle of the window, surrounded by black frames. I used high resolution photos.

I want my slideshow to look like any normal slideshow album presentation. Here is a random example :

Hi Dan,

 

This is due to the format you save the slideshow in.

When you have a standard monitor in the 4:3 format then you should change the format to that same relation ie 1024:768

You can do this in the video output setup screen:
