Express Delegate - Rule Tags

Hi -

 

I need help with the tags in Enterprise Delegate. I can find no reference that tells me what Label the tags are requiring to setup the rules..

 

Help files are extremely vague where it covers rules and tags.

 

Our system is very slow going and throwing auto-import errors, and I believe this is due to the rules not being set up properly, however I cannot find information on how to set up the tag portion correctly.

 

If i could talk to someone for a few minutes or if i can be told what tag the system is referencing too, I feel I can fix this major issue we are having with the system.

 

Please help!
