Auto-import failed errors

Delegate is producing Auto-import failed errors. The dictator will create a voice file in Dial-Dictate, but when Delegate tries to Auto-import it, it gives this error. See the attached log entry.

The log entry also shows where the error is apparently resolved, but no explanation is given as to what caused the error, what action is taken to the audio files involved, and what, if anything, was done to correct the issue.

As a result, we have audio files being dictated which are not readily availble through Delegate, and they are not being transcribed.

The "help" files included with the program only mention this:

Trouble-shooting

If a problem occurs during auto-importing, a short error message will be shown in the event log on the main window, and another short information message will be displayed here when the problem has been resolved.

Does anyone know what is causing these errors, and what can be done to correct them and prevent them from happening? As a medical transcription company, we cannot afford for the software to lose dictated reports.

Thank you!
