screenshots and activities not being recorded

Hello All

 

I have recently purchased the verity software. I have configured it record activities of all users. However, it currently only records the activities of the administrator. Please can anybody help.

Hi,

 

I'm having an issue with sporatic screenshots being taken. I've logged in as the admin and set this up and then logged into my sons' account and no screenshots are taken. I've opened a number of different browsers and applications and waited for over an hour. I'm able to log in over the Internet to view the status remotely as well as on the same network. I'm curious why some screenshots are taken and some are not.

 

Does anyone have any ideas?
