PaisleyPosey
NEVER MIND ..... I found the place to import Items. Can you import ITEMS from a csv file? I was able to import my customer files from Outlook but would like to import sales items also.
labourclub
I have imported bank statements via a CSV but had a few problems when trying to match the fields, however I managed to sort it. Now I am trying to import an item list from a supplier using a CSV I created by copying the field headings exactly and copy/pasting data from a spreadsheet the supplier sent me. When I try to import it and am asked to match the headings, there are no options to choose from the headings from the CSV file!!! All it says is 'Click to assign' but clicking does nothing!!! HELP PLEASE?!
seaquill
I had this problem too. If you are using Excel, make sure there is only one tab in the workbook. When I deleted the blank tabs the 'Click to assign' values worked. Also, if you name the columns the same as the suggested columns it matches them for you automatically.
