osos Posted January 28, 2014 Share Posted January 28, 2014 I am very intrested in burchacing your inventoria product and use it with copper, synchronization with inventoria works well when creating new transaction, but when I delete a transaction or refund an item, the Quantity in inventoria is not updated are there a way to make it work Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

krystleramos Posted March 13, 2014 Share Posted March 13, 2014 It doesn't sync/return stock to Inventoria because there are a number of scenarios that a refund does not equal a product return (customer service issue, sale not applied, faulty merchandise, etc).
