rteeple46 Posted May 14, 2013 Share Posted May 14, 2013 This is probably too easy, but how do I make EI default to "Record and Print" for customers that aren't set for email? In the Customer's info under Other, I have Prefers Invoices by: set to Default. Do I have to change it to Pay or something? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If it is a new customer it will always default back if not then it should always default to the last option used. If this is not happening you might want to create a support ticket for the NCH technical support guys and see if the can help you.
