transfer from pc to mac

I've bought a new mac book and would like to do 2 things


1) download express invoice for mac


2) transfer all clients, invoices etc onto the mac


I have a "paid for" version installed on my PC Version 3.6

I paid around $69.00 for it as it allows me to run my 2 companies from the same install


Do I have to buy a new license when I download the mac version of the program to my mac? (obviously the free version is not good enough for my use so I will need the paid for version.


Can anybody help please?
