I am using Express Invoice (free) version 3.76

The PDF created when emailing an invoice is different to the preview (formatting), but all information is included.

If I include the invoice in an email rather than as an attachment, neither the note comment, nor the footer comment are included.

Has anyone else experienced this issue, or is there a known fix?
