adjusting settings with windows 7

Hi,

I use rip express to convert CD files to .wav to be used with power point. It works perfectly with windows XP. Unfortunately, when I want to use it with windows 7, the choice of settings options is very limited, especially I don't find settings leading to compressed wav files. The wav files generated are very heavy. Am I right and is there any trick ?

I use Express Rip Plus (version 1.81) on a windows 7 machine.

Click on the ‘Encoder Settings’ button next to the Output Format. Many options there under the 'Attributes' drop down menu.
