techsupport01 Posted March 20, 2012 Share Posted March 20, 2012 recently purchased dial dictate with gold technical support and installed Dial Dictate. It seemed to be working fine the first day or so, but now it continuously drops the calls within 40 sec.. This is costing me money!!!!! and also i tested our telephone line and modem but no any issue found and having great problems with Dial Dictate and REALLY need help with this issue. Make sure that you use the email address that you used to purchase the gold support package, this way your ticket will hit the top of the queue.
