Subtitle can't be added to beyond 1hr video

Hi,

 

I can't add subtitle to video page beyond 60 mins of video. Can you help please?

I would have thought this was possible.

What values have you entered in the time start/stop boxes in the Subtitles dialogue screen. The first digit is the hour value. eg....... 1:25:06.4 is position 1hr 25mins 6.4 seconds. into the film.

 

If this doesn't seem to be working...haven't tried this on films longer than 40 minutes...you might find the overlay feature easier to use. In fact I prefer it. Add your text in suitable sized letters to the bottom centre position and adjust margins. Drag the overlay box to the place required and alter its duration by pulling the ends left or right as required. Once it plays OK link it to the video clip to fix its position.
