Big_R Posted January 9, 2006 Share Posted January 9, 2006 A little story, I bought IVM after testing with the demo version and found it to be ideal for my small business. I installed, and had it working perfectly. Due to problems with PC had to re-install OS, he version of IVM I downloaded was wiped with the re-install. I downloaded IVM again once everything was re-installed but my ID and Key are not accepted. After checking the FAQ I found I have now downloaded an upgraded version and the old version is not available. They want another $68 for the upgrade. I have only had IVM for three months. I feel like I'm being ripped off. Anyone else have the same problem. Did you solve it without having to pay twice???? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

If your registration isn't accepted by the version you purchased then send us an email and we will issue you with an updated key. Have a read of www.nch.com.au/support/reg.html.
