Recordpad doesn't record

Hello,

 

I have went to the web page and tried all the solutions to make this recorder record. I am working on a Dell latitude laptop and my sound card is a Crystal WDM Audio sound card. I have tried to update the driver but was told that the ones I have are fine. I am running Windows XP. Before I purchase the product, i would like for it to work on my system. It just isn't working.

Have you tried with different input channels in the Settings->Record page? How does your window look like when you click Record?
