How to setup phone system

Hi I'm totally new to this so I apologize my complete ignorance on this.

Any guidance you can give me would be very much appreciated.

 

This is what I'm trying to do:

I'm currently in the United States and I want to setup a phone number that people can call from Guatemala for a call center. The number would be a guatemalan phone number and it would redirect to me here to my united states phone number. I've been reading up on it and some people say DID numbers, with channels etc. Honestly I don't know what all that means and I don't even know if that's what I need. Let's say I wanted to have 100 extensions on that phone number. Is that possible? How would I go about doing that? What would I need?
