qcp to wav or mp3?

I have a real important recorded conversation saved to my computer in qcp format off my cell phone, what player can d/l to play it?

I've never used it, but the WAVEPAD Company makes a format converter called SWITCH. I don't know if it will deal with QCP format, but you can download a free trial version and try it.
