One of my captured video files will not play

Hi,

 

I was doing a capture of a portion of my screen, and before I was finished, the window that I was recording locked up, which for some reason caused Debut Video Capture to crash.

 

The file has been saved as an mp4 like the others, and is of a similar size to the others that all work. But it will not open in any media player. I opened it in a hex editor and it looks like the last section is different from the working files. I'm clueless when it comes to hex editing - I made a backup of it and had a play, pasting in the last section from a working file, but it didn't help.

 

Anyone have any ideas? Thanks.
