siqbal
I'm using NCH Express Burn to burn mp3s onto data CD-RWs (Sony and Imation brands) to play on my car CD player. The CD burns fine, all the mp3s appear to be on there, and play fine on my laptop. However my car CD player won't even recognize that a CD-RW has been inserted and continues to play the radio. But if I erase the CD-RW and use the default Windows burner on my laptop to burn the same mp3s on the same CD-RW, it plays just fine in my car. What gives? Something to do with the settings of NCH Express Burn perhaps? Has anyone else ever experienced this? If you know the answer to this mystery I'd be most grateful. I hate Windows' built-in burner and would much rather use NCH Express Burn. Help!
vnehring
I've had the same problem. Over and over. Then I discovered that this program does not "close" the disk after it writes the data. So, I'm guessing that your disk is not "closed". Try using ImgBurn to close the disk. Choose Verify, then Tools > Drive > Close Track
