Express Rip Backup Option

I received my Express license yesterday and attempted to create a Backup CD. I followed the steps but when I tried to copy the backup to a CD-R, I got a message that it wouldn't write to a CD-R (the only CD type I had). I clicked the operation's "cancel" box and backed-out of the operation without incident. HOWEVER ... now, I cannot find any way to re-run the backup operation (i.e. there's no icon or dropdown for me to re-access the backup feature). Please advise on how to find and use the backup.
