THis software has been a pain ever since I installed it. It has a glitch in it that tells you the router needs configuring when it actually doesn't. It took me a DAMN WEEK to figure that out! I can't get help on how to include skype conversations with the audio stream for interviews and such. This overall experience HAS COMPLETELY SUCKED!!! I am about ready to look at other options.
