Juki777 Posted February 15, 2011 Share Posted February 15, 2011 I wanted to know if anybody elwse was having problem viewing information about remote party from system status page when a call is ongoing. It does not show the actual phone number of the remote party but something like "d225587775fj355874hgff" etc ... That's definetely not useful !!! is that normal ??? paul.hadley Posted April 22, 2011 Share Posted April 22, 2011 Yes I have seen this problem, it depends on the service provider and there no configuration in Axon to change the settings.
