gwann Posted February 3, 2011 Share Posted February 3, 2011 Using IVM auto dial out option, does anyone know how to present different caller id to SIP provider? We can establish a caller id with the SIP provider, but would like to present different callerid for certain OGM. The SIP provider will allow for different caller id's if verified, but I need to know how to setup IVM to send the right caller id with the OGM. You'll have to set up multiple lines with the provider and in IVM with their individualized CID's, then prefix your numbers to dial with a dial plan code and set up dial plans for each prefix to choose which line to use and strip the code digits.
