Rips OK - but no files?

I have had this software for a couple of years without any problems. But in the last day or so it has failed to produce the files. I have been ripping the disc to produce WAV files and the screen process seems ok - no error messages. But when I go to the destination folder - it has set up the cd folder ok but there are no WAV files inside it?

 

If no one knows the answer am I ok removing the program, downloading it again and then re registering? Each time I try to email NCH they just say that they do not recognise my email hotmail address even though I have the email from them to the same hotmail address with my registration number on it.

 

Hoping someone can help.

 

I also have the switch program also but that appears ok.
