Guest Whitney Posted August 6, 2010 Share Posted August 6, 2010 Every time I try to open a video file, no matter what kind (.mov, .wmv) I get this message "Error - Video Frame index generation failed could not open video file". I've tried the other fix in the archive section with giving permission to my shared folder and that hasn't done it. Any suggestions?
