ande4871 Posted September 25, 2009 Share Posted September 25, 2009 So my boss is currently using the trial version and we're within the 14 day free trial. However we've encountered and issue. It has been working fine except one recording has run into some sort of issue. Its a 5 minute dictation that when we try and click "Save As" or the icon, nothing happens. Also when I try to edit it in WavePad it gives an error message. Luckily, I was able to email it to myself and it played fine as a wav file so we were able to work around it but would like to know why this occurred.
