VideoPad problem "fail to read video frame"

When I dragged the video files into timelime, I see the error message in the monitor window in the right, saying "Failed to read video frame".

Do we need any particular codecs installed in the computer?

Any idea please?

Thanks. Jae

Yes, The videos play in Windows Media Player, Media Player Classic or Nero Showtime, VLC.

Even I can burn the DVD with Encore DVD.

I will try VideoHelp, but it seems not much topics are available in the Forum.

Thanks anyhow.
