Date Time validity not working

We just purchased and installed the latest version of IVM and are having a heck of a time trying to get Date / Time validity working. We purchased telephone attandant version, so we should have plenty of room to make 2 or 3 OGM's.

 

We have a very basic setup - we just want 3 different OGM's to play depending on time of day. (the build in auto-hours thing workd fine, but only does 2 differnt OGM's.

 

Every time we turn on the Date / Time validity option, IVM stops answering. I have checked and re-checked to be sure we have a valid time. any message will play as the default ogm, untill we try to use the date / time option, then the gui shows "Not Answered"

 

Any advice ?
