Dialogic D/4PCI with DialDictate

Hi, I have just recently purchased DialDictate and am desperately trying to configure Intel Dialogic D/4PCI card to work with this. Working on Win2K O/S and using release 5.1.1+ SP1 and also Featurepack.

 

All the Hardware diagnostics show all working. Have installed the TAPI Wave drivers as instructed. DialDictate also shows 4 lines and has accepted them. DiaDictate displays ready to accept call but ..BIG BUT.. But when I call there is no pick up.

 

Is there a way to independantly check whether the TAPI drivers are working. What other tweaks may help me here. I am based in UK. I have tried setting the card to US and UK.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
