No connection to house internal VoIP server

Hi,

 

I have troubles attaching any NCH software to our VoIP server. It works fine with the X-Lite telephone application but I cannot establish any connection with neither Uplink Skype2SIP from NCH nor Express Talk from NCH. The settings I entered are exactly the same, so server IP, user name and password but I get no connection to the server. I may be firewalled but only for outside communication and the server is standing inside the firewall. However Express Talk is always complaining about ports that are blocked from the firewall... The X-Lite software shows me that it could work but it does not with the NCH softs... Any suggestions would be appreciated.
