wdwomack
Does anyone know what setting is necessary to keep the Voice-Activated Recording from breaking a monitored call, at a pause in conversation. I have the Detect Level at -24dB and the Detect Time at 20 seconds. I am trying Not to break the monitored call into multiple and different length files. Instead would like to have one contiguous recorded file. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks in Advance

Thanks in Advance Hi, If your silence is not lasting longer than 20 seconds, and its still stopping the recording, lower the detection level a little more as it must be only the high notes that are keeping it recording. The perfect solution is to get the detect level just right so that you can pick up the phone, and the background noise will be loud enough to start the recording, that way it doesn't matter what the detect time is set to because the background noise will stop it from cutting out.
